“After my follow up appointment, I wanted to update my review. Everyone is still kind and Dr. Ho is lovely. This isn’t about their personalities. The office is disorganized and there’s not great communication. I called a week before my appointment to reschedule which shouldn’t be a long process, right? Nope. The person on the phone seemed confused and it took a while to get me rescheduled. THEN the day before my original appointment, I got a call to confirm my canceled appointment. That call also took forever and the poor girl was struggling real hard to understand what was going on.As I went to my appointment today, I was half afraid they wouldn’t even have me down considering there was no confirmation call and the girl before seemed so confused. Once in the office, there’s a good chance you’ll feel like they forgot you in a room and you will have to to leave and check for an update.Obviously the doctors are busy people and I understand the staff have a lot to deal with – but it feels disrespectful and like they don’t care about your time.“

“I’m mixed about getting eye procedure here. I do like dr goretti ho but I’m not sure I trust back office. My consultant gave me a price. A month later, when I wanted to put money down towards surgery, I guess she’s no longer there so the new consultant wanted to up my price. I think she wanted like $500 more. I hate shady people. She said she couldn’t find my file which doesn’t have me trusting them any more. What a lame excuse. I’d hate to come out with a nose job instead just because the back office girls can’t figure out how a computer works. I still want my eyes done. Time to find another doctor maybe dr Chen ?“

They say when you meet with the right plastic surgeon to have your procedure with, you will just KNOW… I met with 6 other surgeons prior to seeing Dr. Ho, and needless to say there was no other individual quite like her.

My breast augmentation consultation was very intimate and personable in the sense that she completely understood my needs. (Female to female, I felt she almost understood me better!) She pointed out where I was lacking symmetry even in areas that I haven’t realized before and based on her professional recommendations, it was apparent she clearly has an aesthetic eye. She advised against certain options where the risk of complications were higher (even though they cost more) and she made it her priority to let me understand the full scope of the operation as well as potential risks. What a relief it was to not only have a caring & knowledgeable surgeon by my side, but an ETHICAL one as well! Throughout the entire process, I NEVER once felt pressured in any way and Dr. Ho always treated me as a person that she cared about.. not just another customer coming through the door.

Since this was my first major surgery, she also knew I was a nervous wreck the day of the procedure. I almost wanted to cancel the operation because I was so nervous, but I’ll never forget that moment when she took my hand and said “Don’t worry. Everything will be OK.” as I drifted off to sleep… Fast forward a year later, I can say I’m FULLY healed and 110% happy with my breasts! The results were even better than I ever imagined because they look SO natural and I’m constantly receiving compliments on how great they look! Thank you Dr. Ho for helping me finally get the breasts that I’ve always wanted!

“So this is my first time ever thinking about getting my eyes done and it was worth it. Dr. Ho was really nice and she did her best. The surgery didn’t hurt at all and it went by really quickly. The recovery wasn’t that bad it took me about 3 weeks to look normal ish and it’s still in the healing process but it looks great so far. The staff there was really nice as well so if you’re thinking about getting you eyelids done then this is definitely the place to do it“
