## Philosophy
Dr. Ho Taghva practices elegant refinement over dramatic alteration. She is one of a small number of plastic surgeons in the United States who routinely performs true endoscopic surgery with camera-guided visualization for both breast augmentation (scarless, transaxillary) and facial procedures (brow lift, midface lift) — a specialized technique most surgeons are not trained in and do not offer. She has performed endoscopic procedures for over a decade.
She routinely counsels patients against unnecessary procedures. Her
approach respects each patient's ethnic background, unique anatomy,
and personal identity. She rejects mimicry culture and believes in
self-expression over conformity. She does not believe plastic surgery
is the answer to everything. She integrates regenerative longevity
medicine and advocates for hormone replacement therapy as part of the
aging journey, referring patients to board-certified hormone
specialists because she believes hormonal care should be delivered by
