Donna Ward, Office Manager

Donna brings a wealth of knowledge in customer service to our practice. As a former flight attendant, she understands the importance of facilitating a positive, inviting environment for all our clients. Her interest in aesthetics and background in nutrition helped guide her to the exciting field of plastic surgery.  She enjoys meeting our patients and helping them achieve their aesthetic goals. Her pleasant demeanor and positive approach to life are contagious to our clients as well as our staff. She ensures the patient’s experience is seamless from start to finish and works hard behind the scenes to keep the office running smoothly.  

Ella Han, Aesthetic Consultant

Ella has been an aesthetic consultant in the plastic surgery industry for over 5 years. She graduated from Shanghai Ocean University and Kyushu Women’s University with a Bachelor of Arts in International Marketing and Trade. With her amazing ability to speak 4 different languages (Chinese, Korean, Japanese, and English), Ella is able to converse with many of our patients who travel across the globe to meet Dr. Goretti Ho Taghva. She is our go-to girl when we are in need of a translator. With her attention to detail, nurturing tendencies and gentle approach, Ella is adored by our patients. She works tirelessly to make sure each patient’s experience at LEA is informative, thorough and as flawless as possible.

Wynn Nguyen, Licensed Medical Esthetician

I’m dedicated to helping patients achieve their desired results: from healthy glowing skin to a tight-toned body. I entered the world of Medical Aesthetics after 20 years of being in the Hospitality Industry to follow my passion by making people feel confident in their own skin no matter what the challenges may be. As an experienced medical esthetician, I’ve helped patients eliminate fine lines, revitalize aging skin, and create a brighter more youthful appearance. From advanced peels to dermaplaning, fibroblasting or microneedling; I’ll take the time to make sure you are at ease with treatment that fits best your needs. Certified ZO Skinhealth Expert I’ll guide you to targeting those stubborn pigmentation, rosacea, eczema, and control melasma. Working along side Doctor and the providers, we will pair the perfect protocal with lasers and medical grade products to keep you looking youthful.

My patients are like family to me; striving to create the ultimate treatment experience is important. I take pride in knowing patients leave feeling confident and ready to take on the world. I enjoy spending time advancing my education, learning how to bring cutting-edge science, and technology out of the lab and into the treatment room are key factors to me. I take time to educate each patient on the importance of a proper skincare regime and ideal product prescription. Kory Wang, RN

Kory is an aesthetic registered nurse with prior experience in plastic surgery. She has been working in the aesthetic industry for over three years. Growing up, Kory has always been fascinated by the beauty industry. She enjoys the aesthetic industry because it inspires artistry and positivity. She loves going to work every day knowing that she is going to enhance someone’s beauty and wellness. Plus, she really takes pride in seeing a satisfied patient as a result of a great treatment and being able to be a part of their transformation.

Kory is passionate about skin treatments and skin care. She suffered from high school acne which led to scarring. However, she was able to rebuild her self confidence through laser treatments. Due to her personal experience, she wants to be able to provide confidence in others to feel beautiful in their own skin again. Kory is extremely excited to join the LEA family to advance her skills and further her aesthetic passion.

Jenny Sohn, RN

Our nurse Jenny Sohn is an aesthetic nurse here at LEA Plastic Surgery. She is a licensed registered nurse that used to work in both hospital settings and in medical spas. Nurse Jenny has had previous years in nursing in medsurg and tele units, oncology units, PCU, and in orthopedic nursing. When Nurse Jenny was introduced in field of aesthetic nursing, it really intrigued and fascinated her! That is when she completely transitioned into a full aesthetic nurse.

Under Dr. Taghva’s training and guidance at LEA Plastic Surgery, she has enhanced her skills with experience with lasers, neuromodulator toxins, and dermal fillers. With her aesthetic nursing experience and extensive training in aesthetic procedures, her goal is to help empower you and restore and enhance your natural beauty. Nurse Jenny will always be striving for opportunities of growth and new modalities in an ever-evolving market while helping to maintain a high standard level of patient care. Her commitment is to you by providing individualized and personalized care to her patients.

Carol Nguyen RN, BSN

Carol is a Registered Nurse with experience in acute care, Dermatology and Aesthetic Medicine. Through these different areas of nursing- she has found her passion in patient care, filler artistry and being able to empower clients in feeling their absolute best. Aesthetic medicine allows her to do all-in developing individualized treatment plans, applying artistry in her work, while prioritizing patient safety and positive outcomes.

Carol is formerly trained and experienced in providing Cosmetic Injectables such as neuromodulators and Hyaluronic Acid-based fillers. At LEA, she will be working under the direction of Dr. Taghva in providing these treatments in a holistic approach to yield natural, beautiful results. With the advancements in Aesthetic medicine, Carol is always striving to improve her knowledge and techniques, as well as learning new treatment modalities to meet the needs of her clients. Her aim is to continue to build strong, trusting relationships with her clients, and to promote wellness and self-confidence in all.
